On this project, SMART Local 103 signatory contractor Tri-County Mechanical is working on the HVAC systems for the new Shodair Children’s Hospital.  This includes the implementation of a $66 million construction and renovation project featuring a gleaming new hospital building – a model for pediatric behavioral care. The project also includes the renovation of their existing infrastructure to be utilized for administration offices and support services. The addition of a second medical office building will accommodate a more comprehensive medical genetics program, outpatient services, and day treatment while limiting expensive overhead and building costs.
